Personalized napkins and matches require 2-3 business days to process and are shipped the following business day. If an item is not in stock you will be notified promptly as to the status of the next available shipment date. If this date is unacceptable you will receive a full refund on your order. Our standard method of shipping is Priority Mail through the USPS(2-3 day shipping).We also offer overnight shipping through Express Mail through the post office and Next Day Air Saver via UPS.Due to constantly changing surcharges, all UPS shipping costs are estimated at the time of checkout.Upon shipment of your order the actual shipping charges will be applied to your account.

Refund Policy

Personalized items are non-refundable. In the event an error during processing of your order,you should notify our office as soon as possible by contacting us at Sales@wedding-napkins-and-matches.com., or our office at 912-658-2757 . We will promptly make the correction and ship the corrected order to you at absolutely no cost to you. You must notify our office within 10 days of the receipt of the items.

Cancellation Policy

If an order placed must be cancelled, we must receive the cancellation within 24 hours of submission.The only exception to this is for out of stock items. If you make a spelling error please DO NOT RESUBMIT YOUR ORDER .
