Personalized napkins and matches require 3-4 business days to process and are shipped the following business day. If an item is not in stock you will be notified promptly as to the status of the next available shipment date. If this date is unacceptable you will receive a full refund on your order. Our standard method of shipping is Priority Mail through the USPS.We also offer overnight shipping through US Postal,3 day, 2 day, and overnight shipping by using UPS.All UPS orders will be estimated at the time of checkout.Upon shipment of your order the actual shipping charges will be applied to your account.

Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled. The only exception to this is for out of stock items. If you make a spelling error please DO NOT RESUBMIT YOUR ORDER .
