In what order will the names be printed?

We print ALL orders with the Bride's name first and the Groom's name second.Requests to have names reversed,must be specified in the additional instructions box  located at the bottom of the order form when placing your order.

How long does it take to process an order?
Personalized napkins and matches require 3-4 business days to process and are shipped the following business day. If your order requires a RUSH status please choose the appropriate shipping method: You may also email us at Sales@Wedding-Napkins-and-Matches.com for more information.

How long does the actual shipping take?
All orders are shipped from Georgia. Depending on your location and shipping method selected during the check out process your order will take take between 2-6 business days to receive.Some remote areas may require additional delivery days.

Do you have a catalog?
No we do not have a printed catalog available at this time.

Why are our prices so low?
As an in dependant business we are able to control all of our overhead cost locally. Unlike many companies,we do not depend on large advertising campaigns which increase cost but instead market and link our business with other companies of similar products and business philosophies, thus reducing cost.

Is my credit card secure when I place an order?
Yes, we use Thwarte security so that your credit card is secure. No employees of Wedding-napkins-and-matches.com will ever have access to your credit card information.

How many napkins and or matches come to a pack?

All quantities of one ordered, contains 50 individual pieces.
