RETURN POLICY
Personalized items are non-refundable. In the event an error during processing of your order,you should notify our office as soon as possible by contacting us at Sales@wedding-napkins-and-matches.com., or our office at 912-658-2757. We will promptly make the correction and ship the corrected order to you at absolutely no cost to you. You must notify our office within 10 days of the receipt of the items.
While we have made every effort to ensure that all of the details on our web site are correct, we must reserve the right to make occasional changes without prior notice, and we can not be held responsible for typographical errors on the website.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. Keep all packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

In the unlikely event you do not receive your order, please contact our office as soon as possible so we can ascertain if there was any error on our end.We cannot be held responsible for shipments lost once they leave our place of business.Any lost or damaged merchandise,again should be reported to the freight carrier directly.

We accept payment by credit card, personal check or money order. If you would like to place an order using a check or money order,please contact our office via email at Sales@wedding-napkins-and-matches.com. Orders that are paid by personal check will be shipped after check has cleared the bank. All checks returned by our bank will be charged a $30.00 returned check fee.
